COBRA Administration change - As part of streamlining our internal systems the HPM Health Plan has transitioned COBRA administration to Vimly Benefit Solutions Inc effective October 1st, 2022.
Vimly Benefit Solutions Inc will be sending notification to all COBRA eligible members with the specific details on enrollment, billing and/or payment. They can also be contacted directly at 1-206-859-2697 or via email at cobra@vimly.com.
