Transparency in Coverage Final Rule
Under the Transparency in Coverage Final Rule, plans and issuers will disclose pricing information to the public through machine readable files accessible via a table of contents file. The machine readable files are posted on a publicly accessible website, free of charge, without requiring personal identifying information or logging into an account. The file is updated monthly. COBRA Administration
As part of streamlining our internal systems the HPM Health Plan has transitioned COBRA Administration to Vimly Benefit Solutions Inc effective October 1st, 2022.
Vimly Benefit Solutions Inc will be sending notification to all COBRA eligible members with the specific details on enrollment, billing and/or payment. They can also be contacted directly at 1-206-859-2697 or via email at cobra@vimly.com.
